Ken Rogers
Ken Rogers has management experience (20+ yrs.) in university relations/staffing/recruiting/human resources with the largest aerospace company in the world; one of the largest banks in the U.S.; a premier third party recruiting organization in financial services; and one of the largest targeted advertising and media companies in the industry. Additionally, his first years in aerospace were spent in business management, budget analysis and DOD proposal development roles.
He has a passion and talent for innovation in recruiting and university relations with experience in all aspects of recruiting: Undergraduate, Graduate, MBA, Middle and Senior Management for most disciplines incl. Engineering, Science, Liberal Arts and Finance/Business graduates. Ken has designed, implemented and managed nationally recognized large scale recruiting programs and processes as well as repositioned and created new staffing brand image and recruiting strategies. He has acquired a good amount of the "big picture" experience but has also comfortably delivered a great deal of the "face to face" recruiting services (interviewing, training, career profiling, position descriptions, counseling, networking, presentations) that are so necessary to understanding the people involved in the process (candidates).
Ken has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) - the nationally recognized professional association for college recruiting.
Ken holds a degree in Economics from the College of William and Mary.
