How to hire a North 40 Consultant

  • Client calls 510-523-6500 or emails services@thenorth40network.com.
  • The appropriate scope and duration of program are determined along with corresponding fee.
  • Payment is made.
  • The appropriate consultant is selected and The North 40 Network workbook is sent to the client for reference.
  • If career assessment tools are selected, interpretation of inventory results by a qualified consultant is necessary and requires 75 minutes of service time.
  • Consultation sessions require 45 to 60 minutes with client to set career development goals and action plans for the remaining counseling sessions.
  • Weekly sessions are usually one hour in length.
  • Consultants will inform clients of realistic expectations for goal completion and arrange additional consulting time if needed.
